The judging is now underway at the 2013 Royal Welsh Show, an overcast but humid morning just ideal for showing and Judge Harry Emslie has already got through his first two bull classes.

Taking the red ticket in the first class is the March 2009 born Brockhurst Elvis from D J & M Mash and in second place is Mr Dylan Thomas with the French bred bull Ecureuil.

In the second class the smart black bull Knock Black Glencoe from Esmor Evans has taken the first prize ticket. This bull is sired Greenhaugh Black Europa. The second prize bull is the Wilodge Vantastic son Simbo Gilli from Mr Nigel Simms.

The Limousin entry of 137 is by far the biggest of the beef breeds entered at this year’s show and Harry Emslie is off to a good start on his classes…… more updates to follow.
