BRITISH LIMOUSIN CATTLE SOCIETY GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY
The British Limousin Cattle Society would like to notify all members that, due to the uncertainly of the effect that Covid-19 may have on events next year, the 50th anniversary events planned for 2021, have been postponed. 29th &30th July 2022
We are proposing to carry out all of the events we had planned for next year throughout 2022 instead, including our Anniversary show and sale, which will now be held at Borderway Mart on 29th and 30th July 2022.
We have made these changes as we do not want to compromise what should be a spectacular showcase and opportunity to promote our fantastic breed and feel that we would not be able to do the celebrations justice under the current restrictions.
The Society are still planning mark our 50th year next year with a series of ‘Covid friendly’ events throughout the country, so please keep an eye on social media for further announcements around shows, sales, and events.
Naturally this is a massive disappointment for everyone involved and we apologise for any inconvenience this will cause, especially around the planned show, as we are sure that you have already been preparing cattle.
The Society again extends well wishes to all members and their families in these challenging times.
