Lot 188 Tweeddale Goldie was Stuart Fotheringhams Junior Male Champion yesterday and didn’t disappoint  Jonathan Watson when he was sold for 6,500.  Sired by Haltcliffe Bill and out of Goldies Dahlia this bull has two of the best females in the breed in his pedigree namely Renoncule and Emue.
Next up was the Reserve Junior Champion Haltcliffe Fencer, a Cloughhead Umpire son out of the Sympa daughter Haltcliffe Bianca.  Messrs Ridleys would have been pleased with the final and successful bid of 18,000gns from Messrs Harker from Kendall.
