The 9,000gns top price was also the 65 cow herd’s leading sale price to date at Brecon Market.
Commenting on his Champion bull, the judge Colin Phillips said: “Mynach Harlequin just ticked all the boxes for me. He is a true-to-type Limousin, he is long, clean, has a good top and is very square over the rump. Very correct, he had style, good locomotion, and is a bull that would do a job in either a pedigree or commercial herd.”
