The Reserve Overall Champion was also the Junior Champion in the shape of Maraiscote Idol from Ian Nimmo.   The May 2013 born bull is by the herd’s prolific stock sire Goldies Comet and is out of Maraiscote Bop.   Maraiscote Idol came to the sale with a strong show record having been Junior Male Champion and Reserve Overall Male Champion at this year’s Great Yorkshire Show.

140 bulls are forward for sale tomorrow morning from 10.30 a.m., Saturday 18th October.  Ringside comments suggested that this was one of the strongest shows of bulls seen forward at an October Sale for some time, with plenty of choice to fit every market.
