The January 2015 born Foxhillfarm Jasper from Mr & Mrs M Alford of Foxhill Farm, Blackbourgh, Cullompton Devon has today 1st May 2015, secured the Junior & Overall Supreme Championship at the May British Limousin Cattle Society Spring Show & Sale of Bulls at Borderway Mart, Carlisle. From a tremendous pen of bulls from the herd, Foxhillfarm Jasper, an embryo calf, is by the Wilodge Vantastic son Loosebeare Fantastic and is out of the herd’s noted cow Bankdale Alice.
The Intermediate and Overall Reserve Champion was Lenagh IQ from Mark Stewart, Randalstown, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. This bull was November 2013 born and is by another Wilodge Vantastic son, this time Claragh Franco. The bull is out of the Broadmeadows Cannon sired Lenagh Chanel who is a full sister to the mother of Dinmore Elle, and Dinmore Glorious from the herd of Paul Dawes.
The Judge for the day was Eric Norman who runs the noted Norman Herd at Little Orton Farm, Little Orton, Carlisle.
