It is with great anticipation Limousin breeders are waiting on the upcoming NI Limousin Championships at Antrim Show on Saturday 25th July.
There are 50 entries in the Championship with approximately £3,000 prize money up for grabs over 14 classes of both pedigree and commercial Limousin cattle. Looking at the entries received there are many animals that have not been on the show circuit this year and therefore a great stage to see what more is on offer from Northern Ireland Breeders.
The event is greatly supported by local businesses and without their sponsorship it would be difficult to run this and a special thanks goes out to sponsors Bank of Ireland, A Hyde Feeds, AI Services Ltd, Nugent Engineering, Thompson Feeds, Ulster Bank, Northern Ireland Commercial Cattle Club, Greenmount Stores and J A McClelland & Sons.
Showing is scheduled to start at 9am at Antrim Agricultural Show at Shanes Castle, Antrim and we look forward to seeing you there.
