ENTERING A BULL INTO THE SEMEN ROYALTY SCHEME
All registered Limousin bulls, from which semen is available, (and DNA profiled as recommended by the ISAG by a recognised bloodtyping agency) are eligible for the scheme except for any bull which has had pedigree or commercial semen distributed prior to application for the Royalty Scheme.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
An entry fee of £50.00 plus VAT is to be paid for each bull entered in the Scheme to cover the initial costs of administration, printing and advertising. At the same time, the owner of the bull is required to agree to abide by the rules of the Scheme as stated herein and to declare the price of Semen Royalty that he will be charging for his bull.

AUTOMATED SEMEN ROYALTY COLLECTION
Through the TAURUS DATA registration system the database automatically recognizes an application to register a calf got by AI that is sired by a Semen Royalty bull. The system will then immediately generate an invoice for the amount of the Royalty Fee to the account of the person applying for the calf registration and simultaneously create a credit to the Royalty Fee owner less the administration cost set by the Society.
