Sale leader was the 5,500gns Alwen Emyr from TLL & C P Wynne, Hendre Glan Alwen, Corwen who had been put up as Overall Champion in the pre-sale show by Judge Mr Neil Vance, Upper Grimmer, Minsterley. By Alwen Robin, a Shire Handsome son, and out of the homebred Alwen Sian this rising two-year-old bull sold to Mr A Rowlands, Penygelli, Bala.
