The top priced female at the Limousin Breeders Sale held today Saturday 1st June 2013 at Borderway Mart, Carlisle was Grahams Gayla, who made 17,000gns for Robert Graham; out of Cavaliere, Gayla is sired by Baileys Elderado.
Bruce Goldie was close behind selling his ET heifer calf, Goldies Imagination for 12,000gns. An Ampertaine Commander daughter she headed home to the Gunnerfleet herd.
Messrs Ridley made 10,000gns with Haltcliffe Hercules who is by the 100,000gns Haltcliffe Vermount, while Messrs Jenkinsons top price of the afternoon went to Whinfellpark Haven, reaching 9,000gns for this February 2012 Lowerffrydd Empire daughter.
