Tuesday 3rd February 2015 sees an entry of 130 Limousin Bulls and 8 Females at the Stirling Limousin Sale, United Auctions, Stirling Agricultural Centre, FK9 4RN. All in one day, the Show judged by Alasdair MacNab (Alagils Herd), Kildun Cottage, Dingwall, commences at 9am with the Sale thereafter at 3.30pm. The Limousin Bulls catalogued combine a depth of pedigree and performance with a known health status for the herds.
All Bulls are required to be from CHeCS licenced health schemes conducting an annual test for Johne’s Disease with all sale bulls BVD vaccinated. This is the 150th Anniversary of the Stirling Bull Sales which moved from Perth in 2009.
