Hexham & Northern Marts hold their third annual Limousin bull and female show and sale on behalf of the North East Limousin Breeders Club on Wednesday 16 May 2017.
Last year’s event set a centre record when the hammer went down at 6500gns for the Mereside Godolphin son Barrons Matador from Willie Barron, Co Durham. Not far behind at 5800gns was Lissett Monte, a Homebyres Felboy son from JH Tennant Ltd East Yorkshire. The pre-sale show Champion was Romford Lord from Gordon Brooke Estate. Earlston. The Roxburgh Ghurka son sold for 5600gns.
The show commences at 9.30am under the watchful eye of Judge Mr Ian Sedgewick of the Gallaber Herd.
