Dear Members,
Update to deadline –
We are aware that the printing and postal service has been significantly slower than anticipated and therefore members are only now receiving voting papers. Taking this into consideration we are extending the deadline to noon on Friday 18th September 2020.
Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused but I feel it’s extremely important to give all members a reasonable time to vote for their chosen candidates.
Update to nominations –
One of the candidates for the National Membership election, Ian Handley, has informed the Society that he wishes to withdraw his nomination. Due to timings, it has been impossible to amend the voting paper which you should receive shortly within the Notice to Members and Report & Accounts mailing.
Please therefore be advised that there are now three nominations for the two National vacancies. They are as follows:
- – Mr Neil BLENKHORN
- – Mr Anthony RENTON
- – Mr Jonathan WATSON
Voting papers, biographical details supplied by each candidate and an envelope addressed to The Ballot Officer – NBA, are enclosed accordingly with the mailing.
